Cancellation Policy
Deposit (for groups of 10+ people): An initial deposit of 30% of the final total costs is required at the time of booking to confirm services.
Guarantees (for groups of 10+ people): A guaranteed guest-count 7 days prior to an event is required. If the guest-count has not been confirmed, catering will only be planned and prepared for the original guest-count and not an average of, or estimate of guests.
Cancellation (all catering services): An event may be cancelled with no charges up to 7 days prior to the event with a full refund of the deposit. A 50% refund of the deposit will be honoured if cancellation occurs within 4 days prior to the scheduled event, however no refund can be accommodated with any less notice of cancellation.
