Parmesan cups with arugula/pepper salad, basil bruschetta, caprese skewers, roasted pepper hummus, mushroom pate, mini-gnudi (ricotta/spinach), tomato crostata, arancini di riso, Nonna’s stuffed tomatoes, cheese/olive plates

Caesar, panzanella, bean/bocconcini/tomato, caprese, arugula mix with cucumber dressing or caper vinaigrette

Lasagna, cannelloni, pasta (plain/spinach or roasted pepper) with meat sauce (chicken or sausage), vegetarian red sauce, or white wine/butter/blistered tomato sauce, ravioli, gnudi with roasted pepper sauce, barley risotto, chicken parmesan

Strawberry sorbet, lemon curd cheesecake, lemon curd with fresh berries, coffee custard, almond/anise seed biscotti, limoncello ice cream
Special Requests
Pasta Hostess can accommodate groups up to 30 people, with the date/time to be determined by the host/hostess.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, ketogenic requests accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit (for groups of 10+ people): An initial deposit of 30% of the final total costs is required at the time of booking to confirm services.
Guarantees (for groups of 10+ people): A guaranteed guest-count 7 days prior to an event is required. If the guest-count has not been confirmed, catering will only be planned and prepared for the original guest-count and not an average of, or estimate of guests.
Cancellation (all catering services): An event may be cancelled with no charges up to 7 days prior to the event with a full refund of the deposit. A 50% refund of the deposit will be honoured if cancellation occurs within 4 days prior to the scheduled event, however no refund can be accommodated with any less notice of cancellation.
